The Nutrition data was very interesting but I do not think I would want to do this everyday. Weight Watchers is easier to use when tracking your daily intake. Nutrition data is very detailed. Maybe it is not for the average person. I do use my MP3 player to listen to my favorite music when I am walking.
I might try the 10,000 steps a day-tracking with a pedometer.
